Cannabinoid information, where stated, refers to documentation issued by an independent third-party laboratory for the relevant production batch. Documentation is shown on the relevant product page when available.

Buyer responsibility

Rules on the sale, possession and use of cannabinoid products differ between EU member states. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that an order may lawfully be received at their delivery address.

International orders

Wonderland Shop operates from Denmark and offers products in accordance with the rules applicable to our business in Denmark. Regulations concerning cannabinoid and botanical products may differ between countries and may change over time.

Customers ordering outside Denmark are responsible for confirming before purchase that the products ordered may legally be imported, received and possessed at the delivery destination and for complying with any applicable local requirements.

Any customs duties, import charges, taxes, administrative fees or other charges imposed by authorities in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Where permitted by mandatory law, Wonderland Shop cannot accept responsibility for delay, rejection of import, detention, seizure, confiscation or destruction of a shipment resulting from local legislation, import restrictions or actions taken by customs or other public authorities.

Where a shipment is lawfully detained, confiscated, rejected, destroyed or otherwise prevented from delivery by customs or another public authority because of rules applicable at the destination, Wonderland Shop is not required to refund the product price, shipping charges or other related costs, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Wonderland Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe that delivery to a particular country, territory or address presents a legal, regulatory or customs risk.
