Ordinary returns — right of withdrawal

Customers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal where applicable under consumer law.

Customers must notify Wonderland within the applicable withdrawal period before returning anything, so that a return reference can be issued.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Wonderland does not provide free return labels for ordinary change-of-mind returns.

Products returned under the ordinary right of withdrawal must be returned securely packaged and in resalable condition.

Products supplied with a security or tamper-evident seal should remain sealed for an ordinary return where applicable under consumer law.

Where a product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, any resulting reduction in value may be deducted from the refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact Wonderland as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the outer shipping packaging, the shipping label, the internal packaging, the security or tamper seal, and the affected product.

Please retain the affected product and all original packaging while the claim is being assessed.

Reporting damage does not automatically result in a replacement or refund.

Wonderland may request additional documentation and/or require the affected product and packaging to be returned for inspection before determining the appropriate remedy.

Where a complaint is valid under applicable consumer law, Wonderland will provide the remedy required under applicable law and cover necessary return shipping costs where required.

Incorrect products should remain unused, unopened and sealed where reasonably possible while the matter is being resolved.

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within the period required under applicable law, following receipt and inspection of the returned goods where a return is required.
