Click & Collect is free in both forms and no shipping fee is charged.

Click & Collect — pay in store: reserve online and pay in store at collection. No online payment is taken.

Click & Collect — pay online: pay for the order online at checkout. Your card is only charged when the order is handed over to you.

Reserved items are held for 48 hours from the time you receive the “ready for pickup” confirmation. If the order is not collected within 48 hours, Wonderland Shop may cancel the reservation and return the items to available stock. You are never charged for an uncollected reservation.

Countries we currently ship to

Denmark.

The Faroe Islands, Greenland and Iceland are not treated as domestic Danish shipping.

Discreet packaging

Every Wonderland order is prepared with privacy in mind. Products are securely packed and dispatched in plain outer packaging without Wonderland branding or product descriptions visible externally.
