What we collect

Order details (name, delivery address, email, order contents), correspondence you send us, and technical data required to operate the website securely.

Why we process it

To fulfil your order and provide customer service (performance of a contract), to meet bookkeeping and consumer-law obligations (legal obligation), and to keep the site secure (legitimate interest).

Sharing

We share data with the carriers, payment providers and IT suppliers needed to complete your order. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Order records are kept for the period required by Danish bookkeeping law. Correspondence is kept only as long as it is needed.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. Write to hello@wonderlandshop.dk. You may also complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.

Cookies and analytics

We use the cookies and local storage needed to operate the site, including remembering the contents of your cart on your own device.

With your consent we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the shop is used, which pages are visited and which orders are completed. Analytics cookies are only set after you press Accept in the cookie bar.

If you press Decline, or before you have made a choice, no analytics cookies are set. Google’s consent mode may still receive limited cookieless signals — such as the page address and country — which are used only for aggregate visitor counts and cannot identify you. Order numbers, discount codes and customer details are never sent in that situation.

We never send names, email addresses, telephone numbers or delivery addresses to Google Analytics, and we do not use Google advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; it takes effect immediately.
