Terms & Conditions

General

Wonderland offers independently laboratory-tested cannabinoid products sold exclusively as collectible botanical and curio items. Products are intended for adults aged 18 years or older.

Products sold by Wonderland are not intended for consumption, smoking, heating or ingestion and are not marketed as food, food supplements, medicines or therapeutic products. No medical or health claims are made.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old and accepts these Terms & Conditions.

Prices

All prices are displayed in DKK and include applicable Danish VAT and taxes unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed when the order is placed.

Products are subject to availability.

Wonderland reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or technical errors and to cancel an order if a product is unavailable.

Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payment is charged in accordance with the payment method selected at checkout.

For card payments, payment will not be finally captured before the order is dispatched, except where the particular payment method operates differently under its own terms.

Payment information is processed securely by the relevant payment provider.

Wonderland does not store customers' complete card details.

Orders

An order is considered received when the customer completes checkout and receives an order confirmation.

Wonderland reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of obvious pricing or technical errors, unavailable stock, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, or inability to lawfully fulfil the order.

Shipping & dispatch

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days will normally be packed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 14:00 CET will normally be processed on the following business day.

This is a normal dispatch target and not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery time.

Available carriers, delivery methods, shipping prices and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary according to destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, public holidays or circumstances outside Wonderland's reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

International orders

Customers ordering outside Denmark are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase may lawfully be imported, possessed and received in their destination country.

Availability of a destination at checkout does not constitute legal advice or a representation by Wonderland that every product is lawful in every destination.

Wonderland reserves the right to restrict, suspend or discontinue shipping to particular countries or territories.

Age restriction

Sales are restricted to persons aged 18 years or older.

Customers must complete the date-of-birth age verification before entering the webshop. If the entered date of birth indicates that the visitor is under 18, access to the webshop is refused.

By completing the age verification and placing an order, the customer confirms that the information provided is accurate and that they satisfy the applicable age requirement.

Wonderland reserves the right to cancel an order where age requirements are not satisfied.

Product information & laboratory testing

Products are independently laboratory tested. Where available, the relevant Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is provided with or linked from the relevant product information.

Natural botanical products may vary between batches in appearance, colour, aroma, texture and other physical characteristics.

Product descriptions, photographs and laboratory information are provided to identify and describe the collectible product and must not be interpreted as medical, nutritional or consumption advice.

Cannabinoid compliance

Wonderland only offers products that the company understands to comply with the applicable legal requirements for sale from Denmark at the time they are offered.

Customers should consult the relevant laboratory documentation for batch-specific cannabinoid composition.

Products must not be used in a manner contrary to applicable law or their stated collectible purpose.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal where applicable under Danish and EU consumer law. The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Wonderland clearly within 14 days of receiving the goods by contacting hello@wonderlandshop.dk.

After notifying Wonderland, the customer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after giving notice of withdrawal.

The customer bears the direct cost and risk of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Simply refusing delivery or failing to collect a parcel does not constitute valid notice of withdrawal.

Condition of returned goods

Customers may inspect goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, comparable to the inspection normally permitted in a physical shop.

Returned products should be returned in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

If a product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, and this handling has resulted in diminished value, Wonderland may deduct the corresponding loss in value from the refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Products that have been substantially used, altered, damaged or otherwise handled in a manner that materially reduces their resale value may therefore result in a reduced refund, potentially up to the full value of the product where legally justified.

Where a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies to a particular sealed product, and the conditions for that exception are satisfied, the right of withdrawal may cease once the seal has been broken.

Before returning an order, customers must contact hello@wonderlandshop.dk to receive return instructions.

Refunds

Where a valid withdrawal is exercised, Wonderland will refund payments as required by applicable consumer law, including the cost of standard delivery where legally required.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Where permitted by law, Wonderland may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or the customer has supplied appropriate evidence that the goods have been returned.

Any lawful deduction for diminished value of returned goods may be deducted from the amount refunded.

Complaints / defective goods

Consumers have the statutory two-year right of complaint under Danish law where applicable.

If a product is defective, damaged or incorrect, customers should contact hello@wonderlandshop.dk. Please include the order number, a description of the problem and, where useful, photographs showing the issue.

Valid claims will be handled in accordance with applicable Danish consumer law.

Uncollected or incorrectly addressed parcels

Customers are responsible for supplying complete and correct delivery information and collecting parcels within the carrier's collection period.

Where a parcel is returned because of incorrect information supplied by the customer or because it was not collected, reasonable costs associated with return shipping and reshipment may be charged where legally permitted.

Privacy

Personal information supplied in connection with an order is processed for purposes including order fulfilment, payment processing, customer service, legal compliance and fraud prevention.

Personal data is handled in accordance with Wonderland's Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR/data-protection requirements.

Intellectual property

The Wonderland name, branding, artwork, product presentation, photographs and original website content may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission except where permitted by law.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, Wonderland is not responsible for losses resulting from unlawful use of products, inaccurate information supplied by a customer or circumstances outside Wonderland's reasonable control.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law without depriving consumers residing elsewhere in the EU of mandatory consumer protections applicable to them.
